Sune Haugbølle
Sune Haugbølle (f. 1976) is a professor of Global Studies at Roskilde University. He published several books
and articles on modern Middle Eastern society, culture and politics, notably War and Memory in
Lebanon (Cambridge University Press). He studied Arabic at the University of Copenhagen and
wrote his Ph.D. at Oxford. He is the editor of the Middle East Journal of Culture and Communications.
